Description

Svelte and smooth, with satisfying traditional taste due in part to careful aging. Mysterious, deep forest flavor with notes of banana and cocoa. Medium-bodied, perfectly balanced.

Serving Recommendations

Complements grilled chicken, both yakitori and teriyaki, as well as shabu shabu and sukiyaki. Recommended for Chinese cuisine. Ideal pairing choice for wagyu.
