We invite you to join us on a sake excursion to “The Roof of Japan,” Nagano prefecture. Our destination is Suwa, nestled in the Japanese Alps, where Miyasaka Brewing Company has made sake since 1662. The brewery’s sakes, bottled under the “Masumi” label, are beloved by connoisseurs and newcomers alike for their comforting drinkability.
