Moonlight Dinner Series with Sake Ninja (February 23, 2020)

Throughout the span of his career, Chris Johnson has remained intent on bringing sake out of the heated machine behind the bar at the sushi restaurant and into the glasses of the world’s most discerning diners. This evening will be spent studying the natural attraction fine food and sake hold for one another with the Sake Ninja’s informed observations. Join us in welcoming Chris for a night of education and a reverent bow to one of the world’s oldest and greatest fermented beverages. This event will consist of a five-course menu and sake pairing.
