Please join us for the release event of the fall. Introducing the limited production Kuzuryu “Daiginjo” from Kokuryu Sake Brewing Corporation. Fukui’s leading sake producer sends us down the Kuzuryu river with an elegantly dry sake brewed in the distinctive Kokuryu style.
The new daiginjo will be poured at the opening of the event, followed by tastings of other beautifully crafted Kokuryu labels along with some of EN’s favorite bites. Guests who stay to dine can enjoy a complimentary glass of Kokuryu with their meal.
