Join us on a visit to Dewazakura Brewing Company featuring an in-depth look at their signature ginjo brewing style. Dewazakura’s “Oka” label—crisp, aromatic and made to be drunk cold—was a colossal hit when introduced in 1980, paving the way for breweries all over Japan to introduce their own ginjo labels.
We’ll see how they do it, and sample three Dewazakura labels with toji (brewmaster) Yoshiyuki Inoue and Naoki Kamota from the brewery’s overseas department.
