Milkfarm has resumed its event schedule, kicking off the series with its popular Sake and Cheese Class featuring four sake pours paired with cheeses that love them. The event features a slideshow on the basics of sake brewing and includes the sake/cheese sampling, a sake tasting glass and a 33 Books Sake Journal to write notes and take home. Both cheese and sake will be available for purchase after the event.
