Please join us for a sake sampler happy hour in our lounge. We’ll start with a lively pour of Masumi “Origarami” sparkling sake, followed by a sake sampler trio that includes “Hiyaoroshi,” a seasonal sake released in the fall, and two other Masumi labels. All three are brewed using “Nanago” yeast, discovered at the Miyasaka Brewing Company in 1946. Between sips, enjoy family-style sake appetizers from Taru’s kitchen.
