Join us for a 6-course sake pairing with top-notch beef, stellar sake and special guest Katsuhiko Miyasaka, whose family has brewed Masumi sake in Nagano Prefecture for over 360 years. Chef Makoto Okuwa will prepare five courses plus dessert, each accompanied by a Masumi label served at just the right temperature.
