Sake Sunday Brunch with Philip Harper, Tamagawa (June 4, 2023)

Chaplin’s is excited to host a sake Sunday brunch on June 4th with special guest Philip Harper of Kinoshita Brewing Company. On this occasion we’ll serve a sake flight featuring three of Philip’s robust, deeply flavorful Tamagawa sakes: “Ice Breaker,” “Red Label,” and “Heart of Gold.” Philip is one of the most knowledgeable people in the English-speaking sake world—if there’s something you’d like to know about sake, he’s the man to ask.
