Please join chef Masaaki Uchino for a special sushi and sake pairing evening at Kiyomi by Chef Uchi in The Square. The evening’s special guest is Katsuhiko Miyasaka, whose family has made “Masumi” sake in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture, since 1662. Katsuhiko and sake maestro Chris Johnson will discuss the sakes and pairings in a casual interactive setting around the sushi counter.
