This exceptional omakase experience will feature 20 nigiri selections, including caviar, A5 wagyu and white winter truffles, paired with the full range of Masumi sakes—from sparkling and seasonal styles to the renowned Nanago and Yumedono daiginjos. The evening will be hosted by Beverage Director Dean Fuerth and Katsuhiko Miyasaka, representing the 24th generation of the Miyasaka family, founders of Miyasaka Brewing Company in 1662 and makers of “Masumi” sake.
