Sushi, Sashimi, Sake and Soul
Join president Jun Kono of Sohomare Sake Brewery and chef Jacqueline Blanchard on a unique sake-themed culinary journey. We will be pairing Sukeban’s inventive cuisine with Sohomare’s distinctive sakes, brewed using the old kimoto style for flavor depth and then enhanced through meticulous blending. Sake maestro Chris Johnson will be on hand to host the event.
