Carrying on the heritage of the Honolulu Sake Brewery, founded in 1908, Islander Sake brews authentic ginjo and daiginjo labels using Japanese and California rice varieties. Their sakes have a distinctive style, due to small-yield production, the skill of brewmaster Chiaki Takahashi and Hawai‘i’s pure, naturally-filtered water. Islander takes pride in being the Aloha State’s “jizake,” or hometown sake.
